We make your oil; How you burn, it is what you are comfortable with but, these are some options.

1. Convert your pressed oil into 100% bio-diesel with the process called transesterification using lye and methanol. Benefits: If you are certified you can receive a credit from the federal government to off set the cost of the process to produce the bio-diesel.
2. Pre-heat the vegetable oil to 160 to 180 degrees with a two tank system. Start the engine on diesel and when it is warm switch to 100% vegetable oil and switch back to diesel fuel for the restart. Benefits: you are burning 100% vegetable oil.
3. Dilution method is taking vegetable oil and diluting with gasoline and/or kerosene to achieve viscosity of diesel fuel for clean running and easy start-ups.

At the present time we are burning 40 gallons of soybean oil 10 gallons of kerosene and 2 gallons of gas. Then we centrifuge for 2 hours and it is ready to use. For sunflower oil there are people using one gallon gas to eight gallons of sunflower oil with success. — Benefits: The gas in tests makes the glycerin in the oil fog the injectors for a clean burn and all the mixture is used and burned. Swithching from bio-diesel and diesel fuel with no modification to the engine.
